Four out of 20 finalist in the recent monthly contest of PhotoWorld Cup (PWC) came from Nayon Photographers’ Club. The theme for the month of June is “White On White”.
The PWC is a monthly themed-contest among the member clubs of the Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation (FPPF). Nayon is a founding member of the FPPF. Here are the monthly themes for this year’s PhotoWorld Cup photo competition:
1. February – It has to be red (open)
2. March – Off the wall (open)
3. April – Long exposure (open)
4. May – Women at work (color/local only)
5. June – White on white (open)
6. July – Happy growing old (black/white)
7. August – Doors and windows (open)
8. September – Landscape – (black/white/IR)
9. October – Vanishing trade – (color/local)
10. November – Little angel unguarded moment 0 to 2 years old (open/color)

Luis Asuncion a.k.a. Ka Luis, is one of the founding members of Nayon Photographers’ Club. He’s an accomplished photographer and have been in the photography business even before it became digital. We’re still convincing him to have a Facebook account.
Mel Ganelo is an accomplished photographer and accountant. He recently commented on Facebook that he’s a happy Globe subscriber like myself.
