Alfred Tan, 8th Place, “Emotions”

Congratulations to our fellow Nayon Photographer Alfred Tan for winning 8th Place in the recent PWC 2014 February theme “Emotions”.

Congratulations also to fellow Nayon member Israel Opao for being a Finalist (Top 30) in the PWC 2014 March theme “Circles”.
