Our gratitude to Mayor Joey Medina of Pateros, Metro Manila for giving us some cash prize and being our judge for our Pateros On-The-Spot (OTS) contest.
Judging was held yesterday at Ortigas Foundation, Pasig City. The photos were taken during the Pateros St. Martha Festival.
